-- What can I do if I received a broken product or just a empty box?
Our Company have checked and packaged well the player before shipping, but sometimes buyer just receive a empty box without the Car DVD Player in or the Car DVD is broken or cracked, if so just follow these steps:
1: before your signature ,please check if the Car DVD Player is in the parcel or if Car DVD has any broken or crack, if so just refuse to sign for it.
2: if you have to sign for the parcel firstly, so quickly in the presence of the carrier open and check if Car DVD Player there or any broken/crack, if any problem please ask the carrier to prove this for further claim.
3: keep all the package material ,do not discard or damage, then make some clear photos and email us quickly:
one photo for the outside package with the shipping lable
one photo for the opened box with the protective material to prove the unit is protected well
one photo for the details part of the damage or crack
If no the proof of the carrier, it will be very difficult for us to investigate this case. as According to the rules of shipping company, it is the Sender's responsibility to investigate the case and to make the claim,but the premise is that buyer/Recipient should contact carrier to make a record firstly, if no this record or their proof, the sender will not trust this, they think Recipient damaged the Unit by himself, so please understand this and contact the carrier to make a record quickly when receiving, our company will make fully compensation to you if you can help us to finish this.

You can choose DHL, EMS, Fedex for the DVD parcel, but for the accessories such as: TV Aerial, Rear View Camera, we just use Registered mail.
